Has all the qualities of Blaufrankisch, but offers still more. The grapes tend to ripen late, which provide a dense structure. This wine will not disappoint.
Pale green/yellow, lovely fruit reminding of green apples, citrus, and pears. Moderate alcohol content, light to medium body, very elegant wine, easy to drink, best when chilled.
The name of the wine made up of the four grape varieties, Gruner Veltliner, Muller-Thurgau, Traminer and Pinot Blanc. The grapes are all picked at the same time, pressed and fermented to produce Gemischter Satz.
After finishing the second fermentation, the wine is aged in 3rd used barriques and large old oak casks for 23 months.
